As well as benefitting our tenants, this maximises the long-term return on our properties. This is achieved through the strong service offering provided by JCD, including a full turnkey service in relation to the design, costing and construction of tenant improvements to tenant requirements.
In the last 5 years JCD has let more commercial space outside of Dublin than any other private property owner in Ireland, with a client base of global brands, including Marriott, Qualcomm, DHL, Regus, GLS, ILC Dover, KPMG, SolarWinds, dōTTERRA, Cadenece, Eventbrite and McAfee.
