It is great to see construction works progress on Block 9005 in Blarney Business Park as steel works finish up this week and roofing works are well underway. Block 9005 will be available from September 2024.

We are delighted to be starting construction on Block 9005 in Blarney Business Park. A 27,168 sq. ft. Grade A industrial building, strategically located at the Business Park’s entrance, will be the first in Cork to be built to LEED Gold accreditation. Block 9005 will be available from September 2024.
